Safety & Security
One of the main areas of concern raised at the AGM is that of Safety & Security and preventing unwanted people accessing Limnaria Gardens.

Roof Top Fixtures
The removal of old, rusted and defunct AC units, satellite dishes etc. will be a priority for Quarter 1 this year.

Alterations, Awnings and Shades
When you purchased your property you would have signed the General Agreement. This Agreement is in place to maintain the overall design and look of Limnaria Gardens.

Sun loungers and other outdoor furniture left around the pool is an eye-sore and a constant cause of aggravation.
