In our ongoing commitment to the safety and security of everyone in our community, we are considering the implementation of a comprehensive security camera system at Limnaria Gardens. The primary goal is to enhance surveillance, deter potential security threats, and provide a safer environment for our residents and owners.

We are currently securing quotations for the supply, installation, and maintenance of security cameras and vehicle barriers. The system will cover key areas such as the gate and street entrances, the lobbies and stairwells, pool gates and ring-road to ensure comprehensive coverage.

We are looking at:

High-resolution cameras with night vision capabilities.
Remote monitoring and access capabilities.
Motion detection and alert features.
Scalability for future expansion.
Compliance with local regulations and privacy standards.
Vehicle barriers.
The provider to offer a well priced solution for all ground floor units to include burglar bars, an alarm and cameras.

As soon as we have secured all the quotations and have a better understanding of the availability in our budget we will communicate our potential roll out.
