When you purchased your property in Limnaria, you would have signed a General Agreement which relates to the control, operation, management, administration, use of and enjoyment of the units and the common ownership; and regulates the relationship between the owners of the units and their respective rights and obligations.

• This document is the basis for what is allowed and what is not allowed at Limnaria; including any external renovations and repairs that affects the overall design of the project.  

• It serves as a crucial tool to protect the interests of each owner and ensure the smooth functioning of Limnaria Gardens. 

• It is a foundational document that establishes clear guidelines for responsibilities, finances, decision-making, dispute resolution, and more.

• It also serves as a roadmap for the collaborative venture, fostering a cooperative and organised environment among the owners.

Based on this, we will be doing a walk around to ensure all renovations comply with the Agreement; and check that all relevant approvals are in place from the Municipality of Paphos.
