Thank you for the trust and confidence placed in us as your committee for 2023/2024.  We are all aware of the importance of this role and the responsibility it carries.

 

Your committee members are:

​ Our primary focus for this term is to:

1. Address safety & security in the project;

2. Improve communication between ourselves and our service providers;

3. Address the recycling bins issues;

4. Adopt a roof-top fixtures policy;

5. Standardise a procedure for awnings, shades and alternations; and

6. Implement a workable budget to continue to repair and maintain the communal areas, have insurance for the communal areas and employ a lifeguard as legilated in Cypriot Law.
